I grip an opponent’s collar. We are in a friendly judo match. Judokas are never in a state of balance. How do they avoid falling, therefore? They sense when they are far from equilibrium. Thus, they return near the condition of stability. I don't believe in equilibrium. I deem that one remains constant yet strategically moves. One continuously shifts yet stands strong.
